When I went up to the office (from out of town) a woman was talking on her cell phone during business hours ignoring the incoming office calls. During the visit, she took my name and number down with a promise of a callback to follow up with the issue. Not a bad value.
Apartment not ready for weeks after promised! No one ever told me they were behind until I made a visit 2 days before I was supposed to move in. Then I was told "you don't actually have a lease yet so that date wasn't set in stone." This is after I signed papers and had my credit ran. The office here takes days to respond to issues and there is still no word on fixing my garage 7 months after moving in! I had high expectations of moving to these apartments based off of the reviews. Moving in has been a nightmare. The day I was scheduled to pick up my keys, I was called and told that my apartment would not be ready. The appliances were not installed. I had to be out of my previous residence due to the lease being up and still proceeded to move because I had no where else to move my belongings.
