The Cozy Beach condo is exactly as described. The sunrises and sunsets are equally beautiful from the balcony. The elevators are fast and the coffee/tea keurig bar was the best I have ever seen. It is a one bedroom condo with the master being small. It was perfect for my husband and me. I wish the fitness center had a mat and a few free weights; it also needed a good cleaning. The condo is conveniently located between Florida and Gulf Shores.
Condo was clean, and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen essentials. Even had plenty of pods for coffee with a wide variety of different flavors. Will definitely recommend this place. Also had floats in the closet to use in the lazy river!!
Loved our time at this condo!! Perfect setup for our family and friends. Great kitchen and den, perfect sunrise view on balcony. Would love to return!!

This was a perfect location for what felt like a nearly private getaway. The house was large and accommodating. Too many beds to count! The large back yard on the water with a pier and boathouse was a fantastic plus. The property isn't new but it feels like home. It's the people there with you that matter and you can bring a lot of those if you choose.
