Mi sono recato nella filiale di Bari C.so Cavour per comprare occhiali da vista a me e mia moglie, ho trovato le commesse altamente professionali ed in particolare la Sig.a Luciana che ha dato grande prova di professionalità, le Sig.e Lucia e Angela grandi doti di cortesia, gentilezza e simpatia. Sono stato stato ben servito consiglierò ai miei conoscenti di acquistare gli occhiali in questo negozio che secondo me ha prezzi molto accessibili.
I went there yesterday and made a mistake and gave them the wrong insurance info. The man at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. I spent a fortune on glasses from them. The last time I was there; the lady there was so fabulous. If you can’t be respectful, you don’t need to be there.
My wife just got her glasses from Grand Vision. She has a very high prescription, This was the thinnest pair that she has ever had, in a word they are beautiful. She is very happy with the exam and the Doctor and Staff. Thanks Grand Vision.
The craftsmanship is horrible. I had issues within the first year. Now the film is peeling off the lens...
Non esistono promozioni, alla fine dei conti paghi tutto. Più che altro sono stato nella filiale di Torri di Quartesolo (VI) presso il c.c. Le Piramidi per far riparare la montatura di un paio di occhiali acquistati con garanzia di due anni per qualsiasi tipo di danno, tutto ok se non fosse che mi hanno graffiato una lente e sono certissimo che non c'era. La commessa ovviamente non sapeva nulla...
Poca professionale tempi di consegna molto lunghi alcuni dipendenti non seri
Siamo andati in questo negozio per comprare due paia di occhiali da vista...i commessi ci prendevano letteralmente in giro sui prezzi e in più si contraddivano sostenendo prima una cosa e poi un altra...puntavano sempre a farci spendere di più fregandoci i soldi da faccia a faccia...in più scelta una montatura ci hanno detto che non ce ne erano altre uguali per poter fare il secondo paio in tutta Italia...Quando siamo usciti senza acquistare nulla, ci siamo recati in un altro negozio grandvision e abbiamo trovato la stessa m... read more
