Lived in Grandview 2 for 2 years. The smells in the hallways were always horrible. They tried fixing it with fresheners, but apple cinnamon could never mask the smells of hot fish and curry. Luckily we couldnt smell it from in our apartment (unless we had the window open for fresh air). They also say they are a smoke free community, but they dont enforce it. Even when we take photos of the neighbors smoking on their balcony and send them to the office. Plus our neighbors could never park in just their parking spot. Not to me... read more
