the lady at the front desk is so rude she is the worst she is racist fire her, i have been going there since last 3 months and experience is just so bad just because of her.
Seeing that they close at 4:00pm, I left work early and rushed over to pick something up. I arrived at exactly 3:51pm and the door was locked. The clerk called to me from behind her desk that they were finishing up with someone but were closed. Open till 4:00 means OPEN TILL 4:00! Now I need to make another trip to get my supplies that they could have EASILY just given to me before 4:00. She was too lazy to even get off her ass and see what I needed.
Nicole at the front desk was rude, rolling her eyes and inpatient. Wears a badge holder that says something along the lines of her matching the energy of her patients, what? I’m an RN and I really can’t get down with the judgmental and rude behavior. I was filling my water and the u/s tech told me it’s too late for water now and acted like I didn’t follow the instructions for water intake beforehand.
