I absolutely love this place. I’ve been a patient here many years and have had nothing happen to make me feel unsatisfied and happy. I was having vision problems, and after having Dr. Theinte send me for bloodwork, recently found that I have myasthenia gravis, and am now seeing a neurologist to help me manage this disease. Had Dr. Theinte not followed through and sent me for testing after hearing my symptoms, I wouldn’t know I had this disease. I thought I was seeing an ophthalmologist. I learned later that the guy was just an optometrist. They were more interested in trying to sell me glasses that if I paid the full price "now" I would get 20 percent off. The glasses turned out to be ill-fitting and heavy. Good luck with getting a return call from these people.

It is nearly impossible to get a written prescription from these people. They back date the prescription so no there business will accept it as current. One receptionis even wanted to charge as much as $30 for a current copy of the prescription. The wait time in the lobby is insane. Then you are pushed through with your eye exam by assistants and only see an actual doctor for a few minutes. I could go on and on, but the most upsetting is the price. Sticker shock for sure.

Less than mediocre care. I've never been able to get an accurate perscription from the doctor here. They do not do many of the tests that other practices do. They refuse to answer my questions or address my concerns.
