Miserable experience..... Needed help with one ingrown toenail, Doc takes a look at my feet for no more than a few moments and declares that all 10 toenails need to be removed with a plan to remove 2 at a time every other week. He removed nails from the big and second toe which now have regrowth of very distorted nails and nerve damage of both toes - numb and tingly. He also obtained and billed me for x-rays though I had no complaint of foot trouble or pain. He then added a proposed plan for surgery on my bunions, mind you I... read more
Spent a week trying to make an appointment, left voicemails, was hung up on multiple times, never received a call back. I tried being understanding and patient, the one time reception spoke with me they informed me of their system crashing and never receiving my initial referral, had another sent over and later called desperate for an appointment, again nothing from them. Had my primary send me to another podiatrist, never heard back though from this office.
Dr. Olm is a GREAT Podiatrist/Foot Doctor!!! Friendly staff, very available for scheduling and he even removed a cist/small bone in my foot right in his office!!! Very clean office and Dr. Olm is a total professional. Great friendly guy too!!!
I would recommend Dr Olm to anyone. After surgery I was given his home and cell number to contact him any time, which he responded to immediately. Great guy. Office staff is great as well.
I am so grateful for the quality and compassionate care I have received from Dr Olm, Brooke and the entire staff at Grand Traverse Foot and Ankle. Dr Olm was able to accurately diagnose and treat my troubled ankle and foot after three downstate professionals could not. I appreciate the skilled, individualized care provided by Dr Olm and by Brooke (who went the extra mile to ensure my ankle brace fit comfortably and then she patiently taught me how to fit it myself).
