You “missed us”???? NO. You didn't miss us. We showed up at "the only appointment time you had available" 15 minutes late because it was at 4pm, the most inconvenient time for everyone. The inconvenient time slot was specifically why I asked the nurse scheduling on the phone if we could come in during the morning when my daughter is at school and husband is not at work yet, but "they don't do same day appointment in the morning" even though they have a completely separate entrance for it?? Terrible facilty with no care for the child. To interested in clocking out and going home to see a sick infant with fever. You can't be 10 minutes late in rush hour tc traffic here.
Everyone I’ve encountered here from the doctors, to the nurses, to the receptionists, clearly have a passion for helping children and make the doctors visit fun despite illness. Thank you GTCC! We love you and I wish you could be my GP doc!
We love the Children’s clinic and Dr. Lisa! They are efficient, friendly, and take great care of our boy.
Everyone is remarkably kind, caring and patient. Very appreciative of being able to be seen same day when needed.
