Today, Saturday, I arrived at Grand Strand Pick N Pull just shy of closing to get a rim & tire to replace a donut spare that was on its last legs. I wasn't prepared to pull a tire as I found the business en route to an appointment. Since it was for my daughter's car and I couldn't access her glovebox, I didn't know the year, only the make & model of the car. Gabriel, a very nice & knowledgeable employee helped me. 5 star service and the guys working there go above and beyond! We hit a pothole and dented a rim 10 hours from home, the guys there helped us find a new wheel and Darrel helped us get it to the car so we could replace it. Can't emphasize enough how great these guys are. Conway, SC is lucky to have a place like this with guys who care working there!
These are good people to deal with. I had a bad experience when I went yesterday and today the supervisor called me back and apologized even though it had nothing to do with her. She even offered if I came back she would have staff to walk with me the the yard and help all they could. I was surprised at the length she went through to make it right. I have been there several times and I will continue to go back. Thanks for your help.
