Nothing but a horrible experience with the owner and agents. Highly unprofessiThank-you! I tried to help an elderly person, bc their aid wasnt showing up, my husband having to physically change the man after he peed himself, we asked where the aid was, and we were told oh she in charlotte, she will be back tomorrow. At that point that was from a tues to thrs. This person did not eat, nor have their diaper changed. We are not related but do care very much for our neighbors. Not being from here it is hard to find reliable trustworthy people and we are so lucky to have found that at grand strand home care. We have been so blessed to have Grand Strand Home Care and their wonderful and helpful aides take care of our sick grandfather daily while we are at work! I am grateful for all that the do for him and our family! The owner is very kind and saves the day when we need to change the hours of care! We have had a wonderful experience dealing with this company and would recommend their services! Thank you for all that you do for the people who have to work and have loved ones at home who need care!! Angels on earth!
