Doctor and Staff are great Doctor, Staff and overall service is great, no wait time once you have your appointment, in and out after service very quick! totally recommended.

Fantastic! I highly recommend CR Smiles to anyone and everyone. Best dentists ever! I have very problematic gums and teeth as I had the dreaded gum disease very early and therefore have had a lot of gum recession and very sensitive nerves as well as fear of dentists. When I moved to Houston went to 3 other dentists before finally finding CR Smiles. They have gone above and beyond to treat my teeth.

Routine checkup couldn't have been better My appointment was scheduled for 11am and I arrived at about 10:55. Was greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist. She knew me by name which was a nice surprise. Before I could sit down I was called in by the dental hygienist and it wasn't even 11:00 yet. My cleaning went smoothly and quickly. Dr. Otten then came in and did his check up. He was very though and thoughtful of everything I needed to know. I was oh the door by 11:25. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.
