Dental procedure I have visited Dr. Otten's office, CR Smiles, several times in the past year, and it has always been a great experience with the dental work that he has done for me. I also want to thank his staff for the cheerful greetings and professional assistance that they have provided during this time. I recommend them highly. The office is located on Spring Green and Cinco Ranch right across from McDonald's.
