Just visiting Grand River for a CT scan triage was fast however the wait time is rediciulous. Patients in pain making noise and no one looking after her pain. 24 patients waiting and 6 hr 34 minutes wait time shown on patients monitor system. This emergency system is not urgent at all. I believe they can do a much better job rather then leaving all patient unattended. There was patient on the floor too.
I am at GRH for knee replacement surgery. I would like to express my deep gratitude and thanks to every member of the hospital staff for the kind and professional care they provide to the patients. From the doctors and nurses to the registration staff, volunteers, patient transportation, and lab technicians, each person treated me with such warmth and care, as though I were a close family member. hello, i want to report the psychiatrists i had at the grand river hospital, elymani, papoola, omoseni, okwonko in the hospital i was only given a capacity assesment twice and also injected when i said i was going to do a ccb hearing which is illegal cause the mental health act says u have the right to refuse if you are contesting it.There was also a time when they took my phone away when i called the cops for that reason which is illegal also cause its stopping me from reporting a crime.
