I cannot even imagine the audacity of Michael Ross to come unannounced to my home and fish for a lead for a listing of the home of my dead sister. Just like an ambulance chasing attorney, he must prey on relatives of the deceased. I would never use a realtor who would stoop to such tactics! Sellers/buyers beware!!
I was on the verge of foreclosure with my house, had no idea of what I was going 2 do.... one day a very nice man named Mike Ross came 2 my door and said I think I can help u with this problem:) In 3 months time he got my home sold!!! And the house was not perfect and he got the money I was looking for from the sale!!! He went out of his way for me more then one time with helping me. Nothing but a good experience would highly recommend!!!!

Terrible experience working with Mike. Was very condescending, and ended up costing us time and money.
Wish we would have seen the red flags in the beginning when they said they would not do an open house or work on getting the house sold-said the house would sell itself. They did practically nothing to promote the selling of the house aside from taking pictures and listing it. In 4 months time there were only 2 walkthroughs done by another real estate company. Now that it's getting close to the contract ending and the price lowered substantially they allowed an offer of 40k less than the lowered asking price to be submitted.... read more
