I had a wonderful first experience with this office. First off, they’re open late some days of the week, which is SO wonderful if you can’t get time off work! But the service really was spectacular. The assistant that saw me, Joey, made me and my fiancé feel like friends of the office and was kind, enthusiastic, and excited to inform us about how eye tests work as we went through setup. I have had more thorough eye exams at different optometrist offices. I was charged way more than my insurance co pay.

My contact order from Lenscrafters was declined because when they called GROphthalmology EGR office, they said my Doctor, Dr. Meador, declined the prescription. When asked by his office staff, the contact lens tech at this office said no one from Lenscrafters called them to verify my prescription. That cant be right bc Lenscrafters was specific in saying the Doctor declined the prescription. It turns out the phone number on the prescription is incorrect, per their office staff.
