Friendly and helpful staff.
The entire staff there is awesome and helpful! Our sales guy, Joel was informative and just fun to chat with, and he was patient with us while we took time to make our decision on which bike best suited our needs!

Just rename it as Harley Dumpster Fire. There is nothing Grand about it. If you like being ignored, over charged, and not helped in anyway, then by all means, go and enjoy. If you want a spare key, a call back from the parts department, or any respect from the sales team, go anywhere else. 3 times I have been there and 3 times I have left pissed off. Was out riding in the Grand Rapids area and I had a faulty headlight and your mechanic said that he didn’t have time for me I figured that would’ve been a safety issue so I will no longer be going to Grand Rapids Harley I will revert to Battle Creek where I am taking care of like everybody else
