RecommendedShawn was absolutely amazing from hello! super friendly, nice, and incredibly helpful. he worked to get us the bike we wanted and could afford. he was never pushy or tried talking us into something we didn't want. he even suggested we come for a demo ride to make sure what we bought was truly what we wanted. we left with the PERFECT bike for us, exactly what we wanted and honestly a new friend! having ice cold "waters" with him soon. thank you so much Shawn for everything brother!!

Saturday June 6 2020 was out riding with a group of friends we found some unmarked road construction needless to say I bent my front wheel on some cut pavement causing my tire to go flat my friends wife called Grand Rapids Harley service department 5 mins before closing on Saturday afternoon she told them we were about 20 mins out they said bring it safe and quick as you can. You need to stop being like a used car dealership and stop the BS when someone is wanting to look at a bike. I told you I couldn’t afford a brand new bike and you wrote up a deal for a brand new bike. I guess maybe you should have your hearing checked maybe? I have tried several times to make a deal and every time you lose my business.
Good place to deal with. Our sales guy Austin, good guy! Third Harley, second one brand new...and I have to say..no other dealer ever called us to check in. GR Harley-Davidson does this. Just a simple phone call, but it goes a long way in my book!!!
