Staff are amazing! There is a great coffee area by Service that you can enjoy a special cuppa AND talk about bikes. Motor clothes gals..fav! Harley sales team will be happy to provide any info about the fantastic bikes.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of merchandise. Hope is an awesome host for the events - thanks for the invite Hope.

Had an awesome experience dealing with this crew. They were willing to meet my expectations and had no problem responding to my requests before making the drive to come see the bike. Everything was performed in a timely manner. Bob, Joel, Glenn, Ron, Jill and Danielle were all great and made us feel right at home. What we got out of Grand Rapids Harley Davidson was nothing short of 10/10.
