John in service was great! My girlfriend bought a bike on amazon (nothing crazy expensive) and Freewheeler was both rude and insistent that she needed new brake calipers, lines and rotors. Basically told her the bike was a piece of junk. We just needed the brakes tightened up a little bit and John was kind enough to get them in working order. We will definitely be shopping here for anything we need.
I would give them a 10/5 if I could! Amazing guest service from them after I flatted right in front of their store. Mason talked to me right away and helped me get a new tub on and repairing the dented damage the best he could RIGHT away so I could get home. Huge help, especially since their shop was already swamped with work. That made my week, and the 14 mile ride back home was great. Thanks again Mason!
Can’t say enough good things about Grand Rapids Bicycle Co! Huge thanks to the crew providing neutral race support at Barry Roubaix and for supporting the community! Rolled up to their tent early in the morning with brake issues and the mechanic had me sorted in no time — dialed everything in, and got me ready for a stress-free starting line. Having a shop this skilled on course is a huge asset to the event. Thank you!!! Five stars all day.
