RecommendedThe food is good and I would recommend them. However, we went in to grand prize a couple of days ago and I ordered boudin balls and other food for me and my babe. The man working behind the counter asked how many ranch cups I wanted and I said 2. This woman ( have no idea who she is, but she is rude as hell) told him give her 1. I again told him I want 2, so he put 2 in my bag. this woman put the rest of my order in the bag and took my ranch cup out. I even asked if there were 2 in there and she said “yes ma’am”. Called in a order at 10:55 and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up at 11:10 and was told then that it wouldn’t be ready for another 30-40 minutes. Which usually I wouldn’t mind but I’m at work and don’t have much time for lunch!
Food poisoning on 11/07/18,tasted fine until I got home and started coming out of both ends...definitely won’t be going back
Lives up to its name of Grand Prize winning bbq!!! So good
3 Stars. Reasonable prices, good quantity of food. Brisket was good, ribs OK, not as tender as they could be. I like them fall off the bone tender. Staff were all pleasant. BBQ sauce was OK, but not very tangy. Service was quick and good at 4PM.

Was in town on vacation and was taken to grand prize. Best bbq I have ever had. It was so good! Thank you for being so hospitable to us out of towners!
The best bbq brisket jalapeño poppers I’ve ever had
I have had the 2 meat plate with ham and chicken and a 2 meat with ribs and sliced beef, the sliced beef on onion roll, chopped beef baked potato, and a turkey and ham sandwich on a po boy roll, and the brisket stuffed jalapeño poppers with deviled eggs, and sweet tea. It all was so great! I would recommend it to anyone.
