My parents had lived at Grand for over 15 years. It had been a mostly pleasant experience until the last 2 or 3 years ago. We had seen a huge exodus of Chinese/Asian residents, as well as staff that can speak Chinese. Nowadays most of the staff are mean and impatient with non-English speaking residents, I highly discourage any Chinese/Asian to live there as the staff and conditions had worsened significantly over the last couple of years, including the fact their email and fax never worked, so nobody can really communicate w... read more
