RecommendedExcellent hotel. Well maintained and maintenance staff very courteous and professional if any issues arise. Beautiful location. All n all a great place to stay.
Nasty, outdated room, tv bad. Breakfast sucked. Stale cereal, warm milk or waffles....ugh
This was -hands down- the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. I would highly recommend someplace different and would sooner sleep in my car before spending another night there. The first night our key cards didn’t work and we were locked out of our rooms at 11pm. They tried four different sets and none of them worked. The bath towels was like drying with sand paper...also some of the light bulbs were out ... outlet...that don't work....Grand Palm need better management.
When I called to book my room the attendant was rude to me & cited later on she thought I was a previous caller. Upon checking in my deiver’s license & credit card were photocopied. I asked why & the attendant cited it company policy. Had I known I would have booked my stay elsewhere! When we got to the room, there was a smell I couldn’t identify & was poorly kept. Dust everywhere, no microwave, no refrigerator and during our 2 night stay our room was never serviced!
My husband stayed there this weekend, overnight. The lights by the bed did not work, the light & fan in the bathroom did not work, called the front desk they said they would send maintenance. They never showed up. Also our bath tub was still dirty! Paid way to much for the stanard room. On the plus side, their burgers & fries we ordered were really good..a little though.
Love the food and the staff are awesome . Highly recommended
