The people in the leasing office were wonderful and very informing. The pool and basketball courts are clean and my son can’t wait to use them! Beautiful property, well-maintained and nice apartments
Lived at Grand while My home was been remodel. I enjoyed living there. Plenty of tree's and shade during the summer. My Apartment came with its own parking Space. Gated community and Security Cameras inside the parking area.
I’ve lived here several years despite inadequate management. In the past, to put it nicely, let’s just say they needed improvement. There was a recent change in staff and I have to say I’ve noticed immediate improvement. A complete 180! I submitted two recent maintenance requests and they were both handled promptly, the first time! Literally every request I had in the past required multiple visits, but on these, the new maint manager Angel really took his time and clearly he knows what he’s doing.
