We have lived here for a few years now. Maintenance has always responded very quickly to solve any issue we may have. The people in the office are always friendly and kind. I love that I don't have to worry about the upkeep of the yard. We feel safe and we are surrounded by good people. Management does a thorough check on tenants. Oh! And we love, love, love the fact that it is family and pet friendly !
We have lived here for this past year with no problems. I think this would be a Wonderful place for all walks of life! The staff James and Kristin do everything they can to make living here as comfortable and peaceful as possible. The pool has always been open and clean when we have gone. To sum it up, if your considering moving here I would give it 5 stars. The maintenance crew are prompt and polite. Good luck in your ventures. Debi Phelps
Looks are deceiving. Worst place I've ever lived!
We have lived in Glen Oaks for 2 years and this place (including Grand Oaks) has gone completely downhill since new ownership. Everyone here pays to have nice amenities and NOTHING is kept up. The pool still isn't open, even though they had 9 months to repair. Last summer even when it was open it was filthy. Rather than clean the bathrooms they would just close them.
