#moveinready When we started showing an interest at the rental we were informed it’s not a new home (we don’t care) but that it was move-in ready for us on July 13. Typically, I do not air my complaints in this way but unfortunately this may be the only way to get a resolution to my current issue. I could site a variety of issues but for the time being I am going to focus on this one. I absolutely would never live there. The simple fact that my pregnant friend with a little kid already is having to live in an apartment with mold in it and a busted water pipe (no water at the moment) is pretty sad. And yet they refuse to fix it. pretty trashy apartments if you ask me
what your eyes ser is not what is under the floors etc. most people dont check windows or doors or floors etc. there's so much under that is not seen abomve ground.
Does not work well with Realtors. Ignores phone calls. Communication is poor.
I have lived here and it was the WORST place I have ever lived! Nightmare! Very Poor Management.
