Lack of communication regarding billing. I was quoted one price but was told after the services were complete that it was a much larger amount due. Will not be returning to this practice.
The staff is always very pleasant, professional and courteous. Dr. Sharma is wonderful. She always listens to my concerns and addresses each one. I highly recommend this establishment.
I have NEVER enjoyed a visit to the dentist but Grand Oaks, Dr. Sharma, and her amazing staff have change all that! It is very comfortable while keeping it's professionalism. Dr. Sharma explained everything thoroughly and also worked with me when I needed to split up procedures and billing. I've been looking for a dentist to call home and this is it! Thank you! What a great experience! Everyone was so friendly! They’re great about explaining everything before they do it and then I giving clear info after for what is needed. So thankful to have found this reasonably priced practice! 😊
Dr. Sharma and her staff were amazing from the initial scheduling of our appointment to providing fast and caring service. Dr. Sharma was kind and patient with my kiddos and her personnel were just as caring. I would recommend Dr. Sharma for any of your dental needs. She was great!
