Best renting experience of my life. Joanie is the real-deal as a manager. Always quick to respond, organized, and kind. Had a few maintenance men during my time renting and they were both wonderful (Eli and Brian). Good location with quietness and no dogs allowed, which is a major perk after living in complexes with dog scat littered everywhere. Clean, quiet, reasonable price, and great management. Could not ask for much better!
I have not moved in yet, but the application process was straightforward, quick, and easy. I have driven around the property and it’s clean, quiet, and looks well taken care of. The property manager Joanie was very professional, nice, and helpful with answering my questions. It’s hard to find apartment complexes with good ratings in the area, this one is the icing on the cake! :)
