Have been here a couple months now. Honestly a great place to live. Maintenance issues are taken care of rapid quick, no exaggeration there. Had an issue with my washer, inquired about it on Wednesday and it was fixed completely by the end of the week. I really appreciate that the office manager, Joanie was up front and honest with me about imperfections with my unit prior to my moving in and even offered to have them fixed for me. I've lived at Grand Oaks for six great years, and the number of good things I could say about the landlord, Joanie, and the apartments themselves are many. It's a quiet gem tucked away in the middle of southside suburbia. Joanie is quick to reply to my messages, and maintenance requests were always handled quickly. Joanie and the maintenance team made my apartment feel like a home. The apartments are simple but well maintained and quiet. I'm thankful for Joanie and all she does to make this a great place!
My husband, son and I have lived here for a few months now. Very pleased with how prompt and quick Joanie is to return emails/requests. We had a few maintenance issues that were handled in a timely manner. One of the most recent issues was handled by Brad and he went above and beyond with fixing our garbage disposal, and inquiring about an updated one possibly and then returning to our unit to replace our air filter. I have not moved in yet, but the application process was straightforward, quick, and easy. I have driven around the property and it’s clean, quiet, and looks well taken care of. The property manager Joanie was very professional, nice, and helpful with answering my questions. Best renting experience of my life. Joanie is the real-deal as a manager. Always quick to respond, organized, and kind. Had a few maintenance men during my time renting and they were both wonderful (Eli and Brian). Good location with quietness and no dogs allowed, which is a major perk after living in complexes with dog scat littered everywhere. Clean, quiet, reasonable price, and great management. Could not ask for much better!
