"Its just a car" We bought a beautiful vehicle from Grand Motors but the honeymoon was short lived. 4 days after the purchase, the coolant advisory came on. We serviced it and another 4 days passed and the coolant advisory popped again. After taking it to the mechanic, we were told that it needed a $5,000 repair. Omar was extremely helpful while we were looking at a few cars at the dealership. They were very low pressure which I appreciate. Would recommend if you are in the market for a car.
I believe our experience falls in line with others who have dealt with the good folks at Grand. Omar provided a friendly face and good customer service. We made a deal on a car that so far, we like. But there was definitely a give and take during the buying process that bordered on the uncomfortable. But I said I'd recommend them, because I believe we got a good car at a fair price. And ultimately that's what matters.
