If I could give this place a 0 I would. They do not help anyone unless you have soonercare only. Patients with Ambetter of Oklahoma are not accepted. They told my brother they would take him and all he needed was to be cleared medically and to come back and they would help him. They told him after 2 hours of waiting he was not accepted. This is not the only time they were not helpful. The staff is also not friendly. Please don't waste your time on them. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I had a horrible experience at Grand Mental Health in Tulsa. I was attempting to obtain ketamine-assisted therapy for mental health symptoms, yet was denied because of my legally obtained MMJ card, despite my transparency from the start. How this was addressed by staff was atrocious and unprofessional. My "peer support" was so bold to ask, "Are you high right now?
