The Grandlux cafe was an Elegantly nice atmosphere and the food was delightful.
I usually have good experiences there but yesterday I was very disappointed. The table was sticky, I immediately had to ask the waitress to switch my fork, which was also dirty and when I opened my napkins there was a gross stain on it., so I had to ask for another one as well. The food was ok, not like the other times I ate there - it definitely need some salt. Just an overall disappointing experience.
My short rib sandwich was awesome, fries ALWAYS awesome when hot, and my friend's Sunday pasta SMH awesome. And even though the addition of pastrami to a burger threw the cooks off a bit, the manager and wait staff delivered world class customer service with an apology and free dessert all around. Yep, was and STILL IS my favorite....from Chicago, to Houston, to here in the great DFW!! Thanks for all you do! You are indeed grand GRAND LUX!!!!
It was amazing! Andre is the best!! The food was great! Would highly recommend this place!!!
My first visit! The service was top notch. The atmosphere over the top magnificent. The food, I had the Wood fired grilled salmon as part of "Bento Box"! It was amazing!
