If I could give lower then one star I would. My wife and I went in to shop for a new Sorento. We had a quote from another dealership in writing, and Grand said they would match it, same monthly payment over same duration. After test driving a new car, they moved us into the Buick side, made us wait for 10 min, then came back with a quote that put our payments over $100 per month higher. I had a great experience! Rick my salesperson was awesome! He even took time out with my son who is easily bored! Pilar in finance was wonderful also! They made what was a nervous experience for me in the beginning a very comfortable and pleasant experience! Plus they were both just as excited for me as I was! Thank you both!
