Bought a Buick from these guys some time ago brand new & the kid tht sold it to Me (matt malin) lied about the details of the sale & withheld vital info. I wish I couldve driven tht damn vehicle back to lil matthew & his daddy right thru the big shiny plate glass window in the front. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT HONESTY & QUALITY.

5 STAR dealership.. I went everywhere looking for a Buick Encore.. 2 other dealerships were way out of my price range, Not unless I went with the base trim.. I was not happy going with the base Encore. I knew, I would not be happy with it.. Grand worked and got me the Buick Encore that I wanted, and for the price I wanted. I got my dream car!! I am very disappointed this go around. This my third Kia, every one I have gotten from this dealer. They clearly wanted to get me into the sale the very day I went to trade out my lease. I was told by not only one, but three people that I could have the Kia finance group change my payment due date. I only went along with getting the car that day (I was willing to wait the 10 extra days) because they basically guaranteed to me that I could get this changed. Offers me 75% under value on trade then won't even come down on new vehicles price. Salesman didn't know anything about the trucks on the lot. Tells me navigation would cost me $2500 extra I go on GMs site find out it's a $400 option. What a joke! At least Johnson Auto Plaza took care of me.
I feel cheated. I purchased a used vehicle "as is" not realizing the vast number of problems that did not show up during the test drive but showed up on the way home after all the paperwork was signed etc. I tried repeatedly to get them to fix it or at least recommend where it could get done since they said they couldn't fix it. I even had to call several times initially because the person who I was supposed to talk to never came to the phone.
