I had a great experience shopping with Grand Junction Subaru. I returned three different times and each time they let me run the show and didn't push me to make a deal right then and there. Many of the sales associates took an interest in helping get to know me and helping me find what I wanted. Ended up driving away in a forester and I love it. I took my car in for an oil change and to fix a burned out tail light. The fixed a warranty problem that I had forgotten about and washed it for me.
This place is great! The service department actually listens to what's wrong and doesn't say "oh we can't duplicate the problem so we can't help you" like all the other dealerships in this area. Definitely worthy of the Subaru name!
I was one of the unfortunate folks who became wrapped up in the VW TDI Emissions lawsuit and was basically forced to turn my car back in to VW with a very generous and fair buyback. The closest VW dealership to me is Grand Junction so I decided to shop both VW's and Subaru's as those were my cars of choice.
