The rooms are small but quite nice. Beds very comfy and sheets and towels are nice. Long NYC weekend with my daughter. Django Jazz in basement is hidden gem. Wonderful Saturday evening from 9:30 to 12. Front desk staff quite nice. Breakfast today: ordered Black Forest Ham Omelette today and received "wilted" greens instead of herbed potatoes. Favorite spot to stay over and listen to jazz music. 2nd time back and hope to return for our 25th anniversary!
Can't sleep with loud music. No bottles of water in the room. I told about water when I checked out and answer was " you could drink tap water ". That was attitude of front desk so you can imagine what kind of quality.
Saw the unbelievable Buster Poindexter, WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!!
Our holiday party was there last night and the decor was great! We had a blast!
Only the first day but it looks fab and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping bit. Full of funky lil eateries and coffee bars. Checking in, quick and painless with a glass of fizz. 1st impressions 👍🏻
Great hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. Loving staying here. The staff are so friendly without being robotic. On arrival a lovely glass of bubbly, which always goes down well after a long flight. Our kids love the cinema, & we loved the closeness to the bars & restaurants. Would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed at The Roxy Hotel at the start of November 2016 and we cannot recommend this place enough! It has such a great vibe and style, is in a great location and really made our honeymoon extra special. The rooms were very clean and stylish and the complimentary fizz when checking in was a great added touch.
