I am a first time home buyer and had no idea what i was doing. Brian was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Brian was able to do an inspection with last minute notice and he did it in a timely manner and provided me with a very detailed report. I definitely recommend Grand Home Inspection to anyone looking for a trustworthy inspector.
From a seller's point of view, we were frustrated with how Brian left our house after his inspection. When we returned home, the house was a disaster. The garage door wouldn't open, the basement smelled horribly like raw sewage, and the attic access was left open causing my toddler's closet/room to be covered in insulation. After working to fix everything, we realized he had tripped the gfci switches and never reset them.
