Dont trust this company. The technician named Jimmy Arussi didnt complete Patricias original problem and he literally left her with no heat. Theyre a bunch of scammed. They wanted to charge close to $1000😂😂😂 this company is definitely not GRAND. Pass on these guys. And call my dad's company. DB HVAC and appliance repair. You wont get scammed.
For some reason a vehicle from this company was in Columbus, Ohio, today. I know this because I scanned the QR code on the back of it. Being courteous this afternoon, I allowed a city bus to turn out of a parking lot onto the street. As the very grateful bus driver waved a thank you to me, the driver of your vehicle laid on their horn and whipped around me into the other lane. As he drove by me, he flipped me off. This is road rage. I’d beware of allowing someone with this much anger to enter my home or business.

Came out to quote a Zehnder ERV install. We ended up talking more about Mitsubishi mini splits. He was a bit all over the place on his ideas, but I still said I'm interested in his proposal for both zehnder and Mitsubishi. It's a few weeks later now, and I haven't heard back. Another guy is halfway done installing everything, just the way I requested. So no need for the quote anymore.
