For some reason a vehicle from this company was in Columbus, Ohio, today. I know this because I scanned the QR code on the back of it. Being courteous this afternoon, I allowed a city bus to turn out of a parking lot onto the street. As the very grateful bus driver waved a thank you to me, the driver of your vehicle laid on their horn and whipped around me into the other lane. As he drove by me, he flipped me off. This is road rage. I’d beware of allowing someone with this much anger to enter my home or business.

Came out to quote a Zehnder ERV install. We ended up talking more about Mitsubishi mini splits. He was a bit all over the place on his ideas, but I still said I'm interested in his proposal for both zehnder and Mitsubishi. It's a few weeks later now, and I haven't heard back. Another guy is halfway done installing everything, just the way I requested. So no need for the quote anymore.
Avoid this company at all costs! The technician never mentioned any service charge until the last minute. When we refused to pay, he got mad and broke our AC on purpose. We had to bring in another AC repairman to fix it, which cost us another $150. My relatives have also had terrible experiences with this guy. His repairs don't last, and their AC units keep breaking down. It’s clear he’s just in it for the money and doesn’t care about doing the job right.
Jesse and his guys are wonderful! Very fair prices, communicative, capable, quality. I have used them to install new AC in 2 different homes. I had a pump go out (part issue) a few months later with the most recent install and I reached out. They had someone there with a new part within 90 min. So delighted and impressed. Only caveat is that if it’s a new AC install in an old building know where you want them to run the cables, they tended to just run them on the wall with a cover and I needed to come up with a cleaner solut... read more
