The support groups are informative, supportive, and friendly. The staff is efficient at what they do and work as a team beautifully.
The headwork tools were the missing piece for me. The combination of weekly sessions with a dietician, exercise expert, or behaviorist...as well as many other support pieces to offer....makes managing my obesity a reality for my life! 77 pounds down and an excited outlook for continued health success thanks to the experts at GHP!
