First of all I live in Chesapeake Va. I called a couple of places no luck because I would have to come in and pick the planted I wanted to send. Hmmm I stated when I started my conversation I live in Va.. When I called Grand Haven Garden House i could tell by the women's voice I found the right one. Thank you so much for taking your time with me and helping me. They loved the plant and my poem. Your number is in my phone. You are wonderful and truly care for you clients. Thank you once again.
I was unable to get home when a family member was admitted to NOCH- went online and ordered a living arrangement. The following weekend I was able to get to GH and saw what I had sent- I was so embarrassed, it was not at all what had been pictured. I contacted the store and their owner called me back and apologized, explained the arrangement is dictated by Telaflorist, and offered to bring something else. They did and we are impressed, a company who stands by their reputation!
Grand Haven Garden House did an amazing job with my wedding bouquet, corsages and boutonnières. They turned out exactly as I hoped and I gave them little more than a picture to go on. The staff is so friendly and they were great to work with. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything �
GHGH did the flower bouquets for my daughter's wedding and I was just thrilled with the results. Toni designed the bouquets from a picture I provided and they were exquisitely beautiful. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend their floral services!!
