My Husband revived an infection from the hot tub in the men's locker room at the well spa in lake geneva, WI Skin infection due to disgusting water... The manager claims the chemicals were accurate, obviously not if the next day this starts to appear. It started to spread so we had to go to the hospital to receive a shot & medication Please do not go into the well spa hot tub!!! My wife and I had a great time at Grand Geneva. Family friendly and prompt attentive service stood out to us and we will definitely be back. The text message service to the front desk was awesome. I want to text them right now! Thanks again!
It was wonderful. I'm a hard person to please. I must say I had a great time . Front desk lady named sue was very helpful. But if you go to the walmart a guy named Rambo Pickens is really weird.
My husband and I spent this past weekend at the Grand Geneva Resort, and loved every minute of it! We'll definitely come back for another get away!

Got engaged here Thursday night and the resort made the occasion that much more special with the romantic setting and exceptional service. Plan on returning every March 19 to celebrate.
