This place needs to be remodel because it's infested with roaches after roaches and it's disgusting. They need to spray or bait these apartments. I don't know how they can let it get infested, they need to do something as soon as possible. They don't care if it's infested with roaches all they care about is the money. They don't want to remodel it. You can't keep food anywhere because if you do roaches will come out. How can you live like this and I thought every year you're suppose to sign a new contract?
