Grand Flowers was amazing! I ordered our 93 grandma flowers while she was in the hospital from Ava's flowers- a crappy online site that I didn't know at the time but takes 30% from small businesses! Ava's told me it was on the truck at 8pm?! when my grandma didnt get her flowers that day of expected delivery. The next day I got a crap email saying they "were out of stock". I called Grand Flowers at 1:45pm and he said his driver was coming back to the store and they could deliver for me! a huge life saver! I can't thank them ... read more

I live states away from my gf at the moment. I ordered flowers online through their website. The order came within the hour and was hassle free. The bouquet was beautiful.
The absolute best flower shop in Michigan! The arrangements were so beautiful, everyone was asking me about them. Customer service was truly unmatched and felt cared about. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I will for sure be coming back for all my floral needs, 10/10!!
