Extremely disappointed in the care I received. When McNair moved to Grand, they no longer took our insurance plan. He treated us like we were dirt under his feet and he was taking pity on us. Then they told me if I paid upfront for my crown I would get a discount, which I didn't. They didn't even complete all the work they billed me for. Had I not been paying attention to the EOB from my dental insurance, they would have ripped me off. I had to call to get my refund.
Grand Dental Studio is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, they make you feel as comfortable as possible while doing great work. Amanda has been my hygienist twice now and she is absolutely wonderful. Super personable and friendly, she puts my dental anxiety to rest!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!
I generally hate the dentist, but this place is great. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. They got me an appointment the next day and everyone was so nice. The location is great and the place is well kept. I left my visit happy and would definitely go back! Thank you!
I wouldn't recommend going there, unless you can see Dr. Henry. She's a really good dentist, so I would definitely recommend her. She actually cares, I can't say the same about anyone else I encountered there.
Dr McNair is the best!!! And they have very caring friendly staff!
