Grand dental is a great office. great staff and an amazing Doctor! I had a consult done due to pain and Dr. Garces fixed me right up! Katherine I believe the Office manager spoke to me about my insurance and breakdown and just took her time. She really cares about patients. The dental assistant that helped me out was amazing. She explained to me step by step on how things would go. After same day treatment, I wanted to do a cleaning! I had a great experience at this dental office, especially the receptionist, Cheily. She was so kind, patient, and truly tried her best to help me. If I could rate this office with zero stars, I absolutely would. I strongly advise against coming here. The office hires incompetent staff who clearly do not value your time. I arrived for my 12:00 PM appointment at 12:01 PM, and by 12:20 PM, the receptionist, Sheiley, informed me that the hygienist was running behind, which I accepted without issue.
