Tricia is a true professional and really makes you feel comfortable and safe. She really listens to your concerns and needs. I've been to many other places that are pushy, but Tricia is the opposite. The whole experience is super smooth - easy to book appointments via text with her assistant, they text reminders, and there is ample free parking. And obvi RESULTS!! The results are impeccable. Highly recommend!
Tricia is the absolute best! So happy I found a gem in Grand Cosmetics. I specifically go for a lil Dysport maintenance. She takes the time to go over my problem areas and tweak anything needed. I’m big on customer service as a small business owner myself, and I am thoroughly impressed! Will be back again and again.
