I would like to file a complaint to Realtor ***** He did not represent us properly. We are not satisfied with his response. He did the transaction that we didnt authorize like the date that was supposed to move in. He lied to us about the date. I sign the lease but not the date that we agreed.. We just wanted to make sure that the apartment is ready before we move in because our primary concern is my 3yr old daughter. He doesnt listen to concerns.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! The realtors will lie and scam you. Their realtor took advantage of my chinese speaking and elderly mother. The realtor, Alan, pretended to be the renter telling my mom one story while telling the real tenants another story. Everyone was shocked the day of move in and Alan refused to answer anyone's phone calls. They will do anything to get the broker's fee. I will be reporting them everywhere possible. They should be shut down before they take advantage and scam someone else.
