I would recommended for the scenery but honestly was not what we expected. We sat and must have waited 10 mins for a server. She was very nice but took forever to bring us drinks. We ordered scallops for app it came right when our food did and they were ice cold in the middle. My steak had to go back cause it was not done. It just seemed like every course was an issue. Went there for Sunday brunch. The food does not disappoint. There are lots of cold and hot items to choose from but their online menu is not updated so don't rely on that. we got there around noon and was seated promptly. It appears that it's the busiest time so it's a bit hectic. I think the best time to go is either before 11 am or after 1 pm. However, the service was good. This year the Grand Concourse holds an extra special place in my heart because I was married there! We do an annual Christmas dinner and it was wonderful to be back - the food and service is impeccable and you can’t beat the beautiful atmosphere.

Very disappointed. Went there for my husbands birthday. Dinner started out ok then our waitress supposedly got slammed. My prime rib was almost rare and had to send it back No offers for drink refills, 30 min at a time went by. Another girl came by and dropped off desert for his birthday and left. We asked for a desert menu and waited and waited. No drinks no desert. I went out and talked to the manager. He never stopped by just took 2 deserts off. Not a good experience. Won’t go back!

Food was good. Our server was WONDERFUL although I don't remember her name. My only observation was my glass of wine. the serving amount wasn't even 5ozs.
Went to the restuarant for a friends birthday this past Saturday (12/1). We waited over an hour for our food. The server kept saying she was new. When we did order, she wasn't sure about the items on the menu. Our friends ordered jumbo shrimp cocktail but instead recieved small shrimp. We didnt get any bread until halfway through our dinners.
