DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER – NOT ONLY DID GRAND DRY CLEANER TEAR (SHRED) A VERY EXPENSIVE SHIRT BUT THEN DENIED THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE. IN ADDITION, THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS DISMISSIVE AND WHEN I TRIED TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION, SHE WALKED AWAY MUTTERING SOMETHING IN CHINESE AT ME.

We are mving today...went to get our comforter..could not get a straight answer as to where it was...obviously they sold it...and lied in the process. Warning people out there in the franklin, tn area......drive further to ensure they actually will return your laundry!!

Run Away - Don't Walk – Accidentally left dry cleaning, including very nice comforter, for more than three weeks before pickup. Went to pick them up, the clothes were there but the expensive comforter was gone. They said they could not find it. When I asked if their computer system showed that it had been picked up, which it had not, they hesitated and said "yes". They then pretended to continue the search which makes no sense if they really thought it had been picked up. They made no offer to replace it and still charged me... read more
