The rooms were average, but clean--what you would expect from an historic hotel. The staff is fantastic and the restaurant's food was excellent! Can't beat the location.
Horrible hotel. Rooms were filthy and outdated. The manager was very rude and sarcastic when we complained. We will never return!!!
The best place I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I felt like I was in the 1800s. And the rates were so affordable. Love it. Plan on going back as much as we can get up there.
We had a wonderful time staying in this quaint hotel for our second anniversary! The food and drinks were perfect! We met the owner on the balcony Friday night...she is a sweetheart and VERY knowledgeable about the history of Eureka Springs! We learn more each time we go there!
Just spent four days at The Grand....WOW Loved the Place...can't wait to go back!!!!!!
