I love this place. We had a huge room with a hot tub. Dusty, the manager, was friendly. We hung out one night on the porch with some locals. Felt right at home. The restaurant is wonderful and the service fantastic. We will definitely be back!
I stayed there one night before attending the hillberry Music Festival. I was completely blown away by this place. The Vintage Furnishings, the Vintage Hardware and fixtures, the Vintage front desk, the Vintage dining room - it was all spectacularly beautiful. It was like stepping back in time in the best ways possible. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the linens were soft, clean and fresh. I had no problems and or complaints whatsoever.
We had the best time staying at The Grand Central last night!! It was a group of four ladies and we shared two rooms. Our dinner was amazing and perfectly prepared. The staff was attentive, helpful, and very friendly. This place is a true jewel of Eureka Springs. The beds are clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the giant whirlpool tubs are so great after a long day on the town. This is my favorite hotel in town. The best Food in town!! Absolutely amazing!! My compliments to the chef's!!! Our two waiters were awesome and made it a great atmosphere for my family. I will be back again!! If you haven't been please make sure you do you won't regret it!!
We stayed two nights this weekend and loved everything about this hotel. Big, clean rooms and a fantastic restaurant. The refrigerator didn’t work in our room so they went a bought a new one and replaced it while we were having dinner downstairs. Highly recommend!
We drive 2 hours to dine at Grand Tavern. It always exceeds our expectations because the chef is top notch. Great food and outstanding service equals perfection. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. The atmosphere was great I felt at home. Wonderful staff friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. I would definitely stay here again.
