UNREASONABLE OWNERS, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I cannot express how awful my experience has been with this leasing company. Since moving in, I’ve faced numerous issues, and management has been completely unreasonable in addressing them. •No power for 2 days, leaving me without WiFi and unable to work. These people suck, they’re scammer. I received my deposit back and the check bounce. Then when I tried to reach out to them , they claim to be closed for staff training and to give them a call back the next day. I would not recommended them to anyone they’re literally looking for ways to rob people !
I had been renting a studio on Bayshore Court North Miami for 8 months. When I moved out I had a difficult time with returning my security deposit. I had to call the company 20 times, as they told me that send me the deposit after 30 days and I have never received it…. Always happy to work with the grand capital company. I have had several clients that have fallen in love with the property and they all appreciate how on top of it the management team is. I am glad to see that they are refreshing old building through south Florida. I will definitely continue to show future clients these apartments. I have attached a couple photos of past apartment my clients have rented.
They are scammers don't fix nothing steals your money than illegally evict you when you report them to the city
